Return and Refund Policy

At KidKet, your child’s health, comfort, and skin safety are our highest priorities. We want you and your little ones to completely love your purchase! Please read our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Return Policy & Hygiene Standards
Because our garments are crafted from 100% organic and sustainable fabrics (including bamboo cotton and natural cotton), strict hygiene standards apply. For the safety and health of all children, we only accept returns on items that are:
- Completely unused and unwashed; and
- In their original packaging with all brand tags securely intact.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you happen to receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly review your case and initiate a return or replacement request.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your returned item arrives at our facility and successfully passes our quality inspection—or in the case of a canceled order—your refund will be processed promptly:
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method or bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued securely via online bank transfer.
