All orders placed on our website are carefully processed and prepared for dispatch. Orders are typically handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Major Cities: 3 to 5 working days
Remote & Outlying Locations: 5 to 7 working days

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

We believe in rewarding our customers! We offer Free Shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below this threshold, a standard courier delivery fee will apply at checkout based on your delivery address.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our facility, a tracking ID and courier details will be sent directly to you via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real-time.
