We provide a detailed Size Guide on every product page. We recommend selecting sizes based on your child’s measurements (especially waist and age brackets) rather than just their age, to ensure the best fit.

Yes, all our fabrics undergo strict laboratory testing to ensure they are free from harmful chemicals, toxic dyes, and harsh synthetic finishes, making them completely safe for newborns and growing children.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Online Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned parcel passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days back to your original payment method or online bank account.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel if the product is defective, incorrect, or has sizing issues. Due to hygiene standards for kids' sleepwear, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Delivery across Pakistan on all Bamboo Cotton and 100% Natural Color Cotton products. For any other standard items, a flat delivery fee will be applied at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3 to 5 working days. For remote or off-route areas, delivery may take 5 to 7 working days.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at 0333-8-KIDKET (543538)/ support@kidket.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
